Original item posted at 10:41 a.m.: Police are investigating a murder, after a man was shot and killed at an East Oak Cliff apartment building on early Sunday morning.

Tracy Edwards, 41, was shot shortly after midnight at his apartment, which is in the 3800 block of Bonnie View Road, near E. Illinois Avenue, according to a police report. He was taken to a local hospital where he died.
